To establish a firm you should prepare an extensive list of documents:
- Copies of identification documents;
- Birth Certificate;
- Certificate of Good Conduct;
- Data about the founders and Letters of Attorney issued by them;
- Distribution of shares within the charter capital;
- An application form and so on.
At the same time, some documents shall be apostillized and certified by a notary.
The procedure itself shall consist of several steps:
