Opening a company in Finland is as easy for a Russian as for a resident. The law does not distinguish between applicants, but this does not mean that the procedure will be easy.
In order to register a company, you should:
- choose a name - it should correspond to a long list of requirements;
- decide on the need to obtain a license;
- choose the most suitable legal form;
- deal with financing methods;
- find an accounting and insurance company;
- collect the constituent package;
- open a bank account;
- deposit authorized capital and not only.
A citizen of the Russian Federation or another power shall submit an application to a special Bureau of Patents and Registration. Papers are accepted only in the proper form:
- translated into the state language;
- with apostille;
- certified by a local notary.
And this is not the whole list of manipulations that a businessman needs to do. As a result, the slightest mistake drags the process indefinitely. To avoid such problems, you should initially entrust the conduct of business to professionals.
